• Training and Development with a view to living independently with support.
• Twenty-four-hour support with sleepovers.
• Supporting Individuals on work-based placements, and within local colleges.
• 24 hour support provided for learning disability, physical and complex care needs.
• Also 2-1 support where required including waking nights.
• Guidance and information regarding all aspect of disability rights, opportunities and expectations.
• Current support team includes, fully qualified team members with Registered Managers Award, level 4 NVQ in Care, level 3 and 2.
• The organisation is also registered with the National Minimum Care Standards Commission.
